The Food An ever-changing chalkboard lists the evening's selections. Every entree is preceded by a huge salad of greens topped with vegetables and fruit, each mound a little different from the next. Flavorful, not-too-spicy main dishes incorporate chicken, beef, pork, seafood and vegetables. Rich moles add special verve to Poca Cosa's Mexican-influenced recipes. Tortillas, beans and rice are all served family-style. Word of advice: Get the Plato Poca Cosa, a chef's choice, three-item combination plate.
